Mobile Health Unit 

The Central Community Health Centre is bringing their Mobile Health Unit to Sparta on (most) Mondays from 9 am to 3 pm, at the Community Centre. The team brings essential care directly to where people are, ensuring accessible, equitable, compassionate healthcare delivery. Services include primary care, chronic disease management, mental health support, and health education. Services will begin Monday October 20, 2025. See the site calendar for the full schedule.

Museums - Hours of Operation

Forge Museum: Opening May 20, 7 days a weeks from noon to 4:30 pm

Church Museum: Opening June 5, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from noon to 4:30 pm

High Tea and Fashion Show

Our annual High Tea and Fashion Show will be held on Saturday June 6, from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Tickets are on sale now for $45. Call Sally Martyn for tickets at 519-775-2292.

Sparta Quakers

The Sparta Quakers host regular events and fundraisers at the Quaker Meeting House. Visit the website for information on upcoming events. 

Skatepark

Family Fun Day

Our annual fun fair is returning this year on August 23 with several new events. Returning favourites include the very popular Ultimutts shows and our Union Firefighters serving lunch. Watch the web site for further details and Facebook postings. Meeting May 4 at 7:00 to plan. Come with ideas.

Historical Re-enactment Feast
